At Northern Body Corporate Management we pride ourselves in our personalised service. You will be allocated a Manager and Assistant Manager to help serve your needs.

The Principal, Seimon Griffiths, is the Senior Body Corporate Manager (SBCM) and personally oversees all complexes. NBCM staff work in close liaison with Seimon to provide additional expertise and knowledge within the Strata Industry.

We provide Body Corporate Management Services to a range of complexes from two units and upwards. No complex is too big or small. NBCM also manage commercial properties and establish bodies corporate for new developments.

All managers at Northern Body Corporate Management are current members of Strata Community Association - SCA (QLD) and as a minimum have completed the SCA (Qld) A100 Introduction to Working & Living in Strata Communities or their Certificate IV in Property Services (Operations). All staff regularly attend industry specific conferences and training to maintain knowledge and legislative requirements to stay ahead of the market.
